Did you know these delicious, healthy and nutritious rolls are perfect for anyone who fancies a fresh vegetarian lunch?
Ingredients
- Oh My Tapas! natural hummus 0.6 kg (art. 703126)
- Jebo red beetroot salad 2 kg (art. 702768)
- Wholemeal or brown bread roll(s)
- Feta cheese
- Mixed salad leaves
- Roasted seeds (such as sunflower hearts, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts)
Preparation
- Roast the seeds.
- Spread the healthy roll(s) with hummus followed by beetroot salad and salad leaves.
- Finish with a sprinkling of crumbled feta cheese and roasted seeds.
