Did you know these delicious, healthy and nutritious rolls are perfect for anyone who fancies a fresh vegetarian lunch?

Ingredients

  • Oh My Tapas! natural hummus 0.6 kg (art. 703126)
  • Jebo red beetroot salad 2 kg (art. 702768)
  • Wholemeal or brown bread roll(s)
  • Feta cheese
  • Mixed salad leaves
  • Roasted seeds (such as sunflower hearts, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts)

Preparation

  1. Roast the seeds.
  2. Spread the healthy roll(s) with hummus followed by beetroot salad and salad leaves.
  3. Finish with a sprinkling of crumbled feta cheese and roasted seeds.
