This dish is extremely easy to prepare for you and bursting with flavour for your customers. Our North Sea blanquette is super-easy to combine with mashed potato, pasta, baby new potatoes and more. A versatile topper in your assortment.

Ingredients

  • COOKKING North Sea blanquette 2 kg (art. 700209)
  • 1.2 kilo mashed potato
  • 10 gram chervil, fresh or IQF
  • 10 gram parsley, fresh or IQF

Preparation

  1. Mix the green herbs into the mashed potato.
  2. Tip half a pack of North Sea blanquette into an ovenproof dish, level the surface and cover with the mashed potato.
  3. If wished sprinkle the potato with finely chopped fresh chervil and parsley.
  4. Simply put the filled dish in the oven to heat until piping hot.
