Jebo’s smoked trout salad is a real classic perfect for as a sandwich filling, on an aperitif toast or in a cocktail glass as an hors d’oeuvres.

Ingredients

  • Jebo smoked trout salad 1kg (art. 700183)
  • Dill sprigs
  • Trout caviar
  • Cucumber, cut brunoise

Preparation

  1. 1. Put 10 gram of brunoise cut fresh cucumber in the bottom of a small glass. Top with a 40 gram quenelle of smoked trout salad.
  2. 2. Garnish with a small spoonful of trout caviar and a sprig of dill.
