Smoked trout salad, cucumber and dill cocktail

Jebo’s smoked trout salad is a real classic perfect for as a sandwich filling, on an aperitif toast or in a cocktail glass as an hors d’oeuvres.
Ingredients
- Jebo smoked trout salad 1kg (art. 700183)
- Dill sprigs
- Trout caviar
- Cucumber, cut brunoise
Preparation
- 1. Put 10 gram of brunoise cut fresh cucumber in the bottom of a small glass. Top with a 40 gram quenelle of smoked trout salad.
- 2. Garnish with a small spoonful of trout caviar and a sprig of dill.
